Miss Lana is ONE

I have seen Miss Lana every 3 months since her newborn pictures! I cannot believe that she is ONE already!!! She is the cutest little thing ever and has always been soo happy at all of her sessions! And boy does she have the BEST SMILE EVER!!!! Happy Birthday Miss Lana!!

 

 

 

Zimmerman Maternity Session

Megan contacted me a few weeks ago to see if I was interested in doing her maternity pictures and newborn pictures. But this is what's the most exciting part...there are 2 babies in there!!! Can you believe it?! She looks amazing and made me look HUGE being pregnant with just one baby. We had so much fun and shot at the Grand Wayne Center in Fort Wayne, a place I have never shot at but would love to go back to! I cannot wait to meet these precious babies in a few weeks!!

Big sis is so excited to meet her baby brothers!!

Mini Session Weekend

I have done several mini sessions the past few weeks. All of these families contacted me before my son was born so we squeezed them in. I had a blast and cannot wait to get back to full time in a few weeks!!

 

Miss Kyelynn-10 Months Old

Miss Kye gets to see me on a monthly basis and we always have so much fun when she comes. She is such a sweetie and she has the cutest smile! But I will admit...her pictures are getting more and more difficult to take because this little girl LOVES TO MOVE!!!!

 

Miss Tatum-6 Months Old

Miss Tatum is another baby that I have taken pictures of since she was born. She reminds me so much of my daughter so it is always great to see her and her mommy! My daughter had blonde hair by this age and was a little chunker just like Miss Tatum. LOVE IT!!! The more rolls the better:) Tatum was pretty shy at first but then she warmed up and we got some really cute pictures!!

Miss Mila is 6 Months!

Although I am not scheduling quite yet, Mila's mom and I had already planned on fitting her 6 month pictures on my schedule during my maternity break.

I have photographed Miss Mila since she was born and it seems impossible that she is 6 months old already!!! She is the sweetest little girl and is just beautiful! The last few sessions she has not wanted to give us any smiles but this session after a few minutes she was such a happy camper! I just love how all of these images turned out!!!

 This picture is very special to Mila's mommy and grandma. Natalie told me this was one picture she had to have done. The dress Mila is wearing has been worn by 3 generations and they have pictures of each one in it! I love photographing things that have such special meaning to the family.

When Natalie showed me her orange outfit I knew we had to use the

purple backdrop...and I love how it turned out!!



2014

2013 was a GREAT year for my business and my family! I had so many wonderful returning clients and a ton of new clients and in November my husband and I welcomed our second child into our family!!

 I have no doubt that 2014 will yet again be a wonderful year!

As you have noticed, I decided to start a blog for all of my clients. I think this is a more personal way for me to let clients know of any changes, ideas and to also see many more pictures then I generally post on Facebook. I will still keep my facebook account but I will be posting everything on here. Just watch my page for new postings!!

I was planning on opening up my books in February, but after seeing and hearing how bad the flu/viruses are this year, I have decided to wait a little longer before scheduling. I will definitely post on my facebook page when that official date will be.

My prices are slightly changing and my scheduling will be a little different as of January 1, 2014.

I was so busy this past summer and fall that I really feel like I missed out on some things in my family's life so I have decided to take no more than 1-2 sessions a week and limit my weekends.

Another new thing I am going to try out this year...several themed mini sessions. Because mini sessions are such a huge hit, I will be doing several themed mini sessions throughout the year to get as many families on the books as I can. I am thinking of doing them in April, July, October and then December. I will open up several days that sessions can be scheduled. I am really excited about this and when I get more information and dates set I will let everyone know!!!

With that being said...if you are wanting ANY TYPE of session done this year please contact me ASAP to get you on my books!
